Flexible working models

In many areas, EVN employees can freely structure their working time.

Since 1999, the EVN Group has offered its employees in Lower Austria the opportunity to participate in a flexitime scheme without core working hours. This flexitime model enables the free design of working hours and basically applies to all areas except where this is excluded due to operational requirements (e.g. shift work).

In addition, EVN also offers different part-time working models, which also plays a particularly important role in the professional advancement of women. Working closely with the affected employees, the number of working hours is defined on an individual basis. A return to full-time work is possible upon request of the respective employee and if it meets the company’s needs.
