Auditing of external suppliers
High standards in respect to occupational safety, fire and environmental protection also apply to partner companies
In order to extend EVN’s high standards regarding occupational safety, fire and environmental protection to partner companies, EVN has introduced a specific procedure designed to evaluate compliance with the corresponding quality and safety criteria on the part of external suppliers.
Since 2004, EVN has also selected its service providers for construction and assembly work in Austria according to pre-defined environmental, employee protection and safety standards.
Regular auditing has increased awareness among suppliers with regard to occupational safety and the quality of the work performed.
