Group-wide training coordinators
Training coordinators were already used at EVN customer centres several years ago. They represent an interface between employees, their superiors and the Group Human Resources Department.
The main responsibility of the training coordinators is to identify the qualification requirements of the employees in their specific business areas, and discuss the learning needs defined by management with these employees. Subsequently, Human Resources will be informed of actual requirements.
Due to the fact that the training coordinator system proved to be effective, it was expanded to cover the entire EVN Group in the fall of 2005.
The training coordinators regulate all internal and external qualification measures for their respective areas, and can also submit their training proposals for other business areas in the EVN Group to the Human Resources Department.
