Programme of CSR measures

In the course of CSR workshops, the CSR network officers from all areas of the company draw up new lists of objectives. In addition, the CSR advisory team continually gathers ideas for inclusion in the programme of CSR measures. The subsequent programme is presented to the Board and approved.

At least one measure is established for each target and a responsible person appointed for completion. Where necessary, working groups are formed in order to ensure that objectives are attained. The working groups report their results to the CSR advisory team.

The programme of CSR measures is defined by the central areas of action of the CSR materiality matrix (see page 5 of EVN's Full Report 2010/11), taking the previous goals into consideration. New measures were defined in cooperation with all corporate areas as part of the CSR processes.
