EVN is obliged to publish promptly any notifications received regarding managers’ transactions in accordance with the provisions of Article 19 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 (Market Abuse Regulation). In addition, these notifications are being published on this website in accordance with Rule 73 of the Austrian Corporate Governance Code (ACGC).
