This approach also reflects the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations (UN) (especially SDG 12: Responsible Consumption and Production). EVN was certified as a Level 3 sustainable procurement organisation across national borders by the German Federal Association of Materials Management, Purchasing and Logistics (“Bundesverband Materialwirtschaft, Einkauf und Logistik e. V.”, BME).
